Bike School Bentonville Refund & Cancellation Policy

Our policy is designed to be fair to both our clients and our instructors, who are scheduled and paid based on advance registrations. We encourage you to notify us as early as possible if your plans change.

General Policy: All cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing via email to [Insert Email Address]. The date of the email will be considered the official date of the request.

Cancellation & Refund Schedule:

• 14 or more days before the start of the program: Full refund, less a $25 administrative fee.

• 7-13 days before the start of the program: 50% refund.

• Less than 7 days before the start of the program: No refund will be issued.

• No-Shows: No refund will be issued for any participant who does not show up for a registered program.

Transfers & Credits:

• If you need to change your registration to a different program or date, you may do so up to 7 days before the start of your original program, subject to availability.

• A transfer fee of $15 may be applied.

• If a transfer is not possible and you cancel more than 7 days in advance, you may be offered a full credit for a future program, valid for one year, in lieu of a refund.

Cancellations Due to Weather:

• In the event of weather conditions (such as severe thunderstorms, extreme heat, or lightning) that force Bike School Bentonville to cancel a session, we will offer a credit toward a future program.

• We will make every effort to notify participants at least 1.5 hours before the start of the session if a cancellation is necessary.

Medical Exceptions:

• Refunds for cancellations made less than 7 days in advance due to a medical emergency may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

• A doctor's note may be required to process the request, and a portion of the fee may be retained as an administrative charge.

By registering for a program with Bike School Bentonville, you agree to the terms of this refund and cancellation policy.
